Refund Policy
Introduction
In this Refund Policy, “eCompanies”, “StanleyCo”, ” we”, “us”, or “our” refers to StanleyCo Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. (Company Registration Number: 201301021064 (1050894-T), with the registered business address at Suite 15, 6th Floor, IOI Business Park, Bandar Puchong Jaya, 47170 Puchong, Selangor.
This refund policy serves as a framework for navigating the process of requesting and facilitating refunds. Our organization is committed to delivering outstanding products/services while prioritizing customer satisfaction. In order to ensure transparency and equitable treatment, it is imperative to acquaint oneself with the following guidelines and procedures outlined in our refund policy.
Refund Policy
In the event you decide to cancel our service after making a purchase, but before we submit your company details to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM/SSM), we will initiate a 90% refund of fees paid, excluding the SSM registration fee, SSM name search fee (if already paid), as well as any additional processing and administrative fees. To be eligible for a refund, we require a written request from you within 3 business days from the date of purchase.
If the name search application is rejected, we regret to inform you that refunds for our services will not be provided. However, we assure you that we will make every effort to ensure the success of your company incorporation by providing comprehensive assistance and support throughout the process.
In the event of a change of mind after purchasing our services, you may be eligible for a 90% refund with conditions that you have notified us within 1 business day from the date of purchase, and we have not commenced work on your order or initiated any arrangements with third parties. The refund will be processed based on the cancellation aspect of the order.
Refund Procedures
1. The Customer will notify us in writing (email) or by phone calls that they would like to cancel the order or refund.
2. StanleyCo will send them a "Refund request form" for them to sign.
3. Once we have received their signed "refund request form", we will do an identity verification to ensure we refund the actual customer (the one who placed the order).
4. StanleyCo will process the refund request and we will do the refund (via Ipay88/cheque/direct transfer) according to the customer's preference. The refund process will be done within 14 working days.
Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation
Shall a Force Majeure event persist for a period exceeding 14 calendar days to which this Terms of Use applies does occur, we agree to notify you as soon as practicable. Either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement. In cases where you have paid for services that have not been rendered yet, you will be entitled to a prorated refund for such services from the date of cancellation within 14 working days.
Termination
Upon any termination of the aforementioned terms, we may immediately terminate or revoke any or all of your rights granted under these terms, without any prior notice. You shall immediately cease all access to our website and the use of our service in its entirety.
You furthermore agree that we shall not be liable to you or any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. If you are dissatisfied with our terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using our Website and our Services.
